We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Growth Manager to join our team and help take our practice to the next level.
We believe great marketing is about more than clicks, impressions, and campaigns. It’s about connecting with people, building trust in our community, educating patients, and creating meaningful experiences that make people want to be part of our practice.
Our vision is to educate our patients and community about their oral health as well as their overall health, while providing a warm and welcoming environment. Our marketing team plays an important role in bringing that vision to life.

The OpportunityAs our Marketing & Growth Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our amazing internal teams to develop and execute new strategies for growth.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across digital marketing, social media, paid advertising, public relations, community engagement, reputation management, and events. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to think creatively, solve problems, test ideas, analyze results, and turn opportunities into action.
We’re looking for someone who can balance strategy with execution —someone who can come up with the idea in the morning and roll up their sleeves to make it happen that afternoon.

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Some weekend availability will be required for community events, along with light travel as needed.
