Ecolab is seeking a
Warehouse Associate I
to join our team in
Fort Worth, TX.
As a Warehouse Associate I, you’ll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You’ll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing): Reads orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts, wraps and labels shipments, and delivers to assembly line, packing or shipping areas.
Material Handling: Receives, counts, processes, stores, and distributes materials tools, equipment, and products within the facility; loads/unloads items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensures safe transit using appropriate equipment.
Inventory & Recordkeeping : Notifies coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.
General Operations: Opens containers, maintains a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of plant or warehouse experience
No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication and time management skills
Experience working independently and as part of a team
Physical Demands:
Position requires lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
Position requires passing a drug screen and physical exam

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $15.26 - $22.89. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
