Job Description Medical Device Sales Representative Territory: Southeastern states Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and serving as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within clinics, and physician offices Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and key decision-makers Provide in-service training, product demonstrations, and clinical support as needed Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to support product launches and growth initiatives Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements Attend professional meetings as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or experience as a cardiac sonographer Required: 1 week a month travel within assigned territory 5+ years of successful medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales experience (preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical information Excellent organizational and time-management skills Valid driver’s license Compensation & Benefits 1099 employee Uncapped earning potential Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and professional development Why Join Us Innovative, high-quality medical products that improve patient outcomes Supportive and collaborative company culture Opportunity for career growth in a fast-growing organization Equal Opportunity Employer Company Description As a family-operated and veteran-owned enterprise, we cherish the opportunity to welcome you into our community, one where every interaction is part of a continuous journey.
