Key responsibilities Own the post-sale adoption strategy for assigned federal accounts, including adoption roadmaps and success milestones Drive measurable value realization by helping customers track progress and connect automation usage to operational impact Lead regular customer governance, including status updates, program reviews, and executive business reviews Required qualifications 3+ years of experience working with federal, public sector, defense, or intelligence clients Proven track record in customer-facing consultative roles Strong program orchestration skills, including managing milestones and cross-functional workstreams Ability to build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors Proactive, delivery-minded approach to solving problems and driving customer success
